RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@amzoluxury.com before the 14-day period expires.
2. Return Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from signs of use, damage, or alteration
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
3. How to Initiate a Return Email us at info@amzoluxury.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions within 2 business days.
4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
